  • MySQL Databases - we use version 4.1. Databases are used to power many forums, guest books and other applications.
  • CGI Scripts - Common Gateway Interface allows for your programs to be used with HTTP daemons. Most websites use multiple cgi scripts. You will get a cgi-bin; however your cgi scripts will work both inside and outside of it.
  • PHP - Php is a server side HTML embedded scripting language. We use version 4.3.11
  • Perl - Perl is a language that runs with CGI. We use version 5.006001
  • JSP - We support JSP, and are running Tomcat version 4.x Each account gets one dedicated servlet. If you require jsp email us immediately after signing up.
  • Chilisoft ASP - We support Chilisoft ASP. Active server pages is an open , compile-free application environment that combines scripting, HTML, customer server components, and robust database publishing to create dynamic web based applications. If you require asp email us immediately after signing up.
  • Python - Python is a programming/scripting language that can be used on many different computers and operating systems.
  • SSI - Server Side includes, refers to Perl based HTML commands that direct a server to generate on-the-fly contact for web pages.
  • FrontPage - We support all version of Microsoft FrontPage. Frontpage is a website creation tool that can be used to both create and upload your site when FP extensions are installed.
  • Curl - Curl is a command line tool for transferring files with url syntax.
  • GD - GD is an ANSI library dynamic creation of images. GD creates PNG and JPEG images, among other formats. We stay up to date with the latest GD version.
  • Image Magick - ImageMagick is a robust collection of tools and libraries to read, write, and manipulate an image in many formats. We stay up to date on the latest version.
  • Streaming - We support Windows Media, Quicktime, and Real Media player allowing you to run streaming audio and video.
  • Free Module Installation - Need a special module for your program to work? We will install it free of charge within 48 hours

Support. Support is available via your Control Panel. Simply raise a ticket from your control panel and our support staff will contact you at your registered email address. Whether it is a query, a request for modules or a problem with your service, our staff will keep you informed of every step in the process. We aim to have all problems resolved within 24 hours (4 hours for Platinum Account holders).
